ALMOND AND DATES CAKE
Bored of being quarantined?? wanna snuck up something sweet but don’t want to spoil your diet?? then here is a recipe for you!! Almond and dates cake is totally healthy and delicious recipe to make your home stay interesting and sweet!!

Ingredients:
1. Maida/ all purpose flour – 2 Cups
2. Dates – 2 Cups + 4-5 ( chopped)
3. Milk – 1 Cup + 1/4 Cup
4. Almond – 1/2 Cup ( Crushed)
5. Baking Powder – 1/2 Tsp
6. Baking Soda – 1/4 Tsp
7. Oil – 3/4 Cup
8. Curd – 1/4 Cup
9. Sugar – 1 Cup
Procedure for making almond and dates cake:
1. Soak 2 cups of dates in 1 cup of milk for 1 hour and blend it into fine paste.
2. Add oil, curd and blend it until everything mix well.
3. Add maida,sugar, baking powder, baking soda and blend well.
4. Add crushed almond, chopped dates and give it a light mix.
5. Grease the cake tray with oil and add the above prepared batter.
6. Pat it twice and microwave for 30-40 minutes in 180°c preheated oven or cook for 30 minutes in a pressure cooker without the weight.
SECRET TIPS:
1. If you want it to be more healthy and diet version of this cake, use whole wheat flour instead of maida/ all purpose flour and instead of sugar add more dates as per your taste.
