CHEESE BURST PIZZA
There are two kinds of people on earth. One who loves pizza and one who loves pizza. For me there is no better feeling than a warm pizza whose soothing smell hitting my nose and the cheese just overflowing when I take out a piece. I am so happy to share this recipe, since there will be many more like me out there. This is a basic cheese burst pizza recipe. You can add any veggies of your choice. Trust me this comes out just like the one you get in dominos and pizza hut.
Ingredients:
1. All purpose flour – 1 cup
2. Dry yeast – 1 teaspoon
3. Milk – 1/4 cup
4. Salt
5. Sugar – 1 teaspoon
6. Cheese ( shredded) – 4-5 tablespoon
7. Cheese (slices) – 5
8. Capsicum ( thinly chopped) – 1 tablespoon
9. Onion ( thinly chopped) – 1 tablespoon
10. Tomato ( thinly chopped) – 4-5 slices
11. Paneer ( diced) – 1 tablespoon
12. Pizza sauce – 4 tablespoon
13. Chilly flakes – 1 tablespoon
Procedure for making cheese burst pizza:
1. Take milk in a mixing bowl, add dry yeast, sugar, a pinch of salt and let the yeast activate for 5 minutes.
2. Furthermore add all purpose flour to form a soft dough. Don’t add extra milk or it in water.Tuck it inside and let it rest for 2 hours or untill it raises to double the dough.
3. Then knead the dough and take half the dough and roll it using a rolling pin until you get a slightly thick layer.
Make one more layer like this with the remaining dough.
4. On top of one layer, place the cheese slices such that it spreads equally once it melts.
5. Close it with another layer of dough and close the edges.
6. Spread the pizza sauce, add some shredded cheese, place all the veggies and paneer.
7. Sprinkle the leftover shredded cheese all over.
8. Pre heat the oven at 180°c and bake for 15-20 minutes.
9. Sprinkle as much as chilly flakes you want and enjoy it with tomato ketchup.
SECRET TIPS:
The secret of the recipe lies in the dough. If you can make the dough nicely then you can bake the best pizza. Above mentioned dough making procedure is the easiest to get the soft pizza base.
CHILLY FLAKES
Dry roast 10-15 red chilly, handful of curry leaves, 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 5 cloves of garlic and grind it coarsely.
