CURD KODUBALE
Curd kodubale is one of my go to snacks since It’s less time consuming and very tasty. It can be prepared quickly and can be served with filter coffee or masala tea. This is an instant kodubale recipe. I recommend consuming it while it’s hot. Since we use curd in this recipe, it cannot be stored for later consumption.
Ingredients:
1. Rice flour – 1 Cup
2. Curd – 1/2 Cup
3. Jeera – 1 Table spoon
4. Green chilly – 8-10
5. Salt
6. Oil
Procedure for making curd kodubale:
1. Add 1/2 cup of water to 1/2 cup of curd in a pan.
2. Add jeera, finely chopped green chilly, salt and let it simmer.
3. Once it starts boiling, add rice flour and make it dough consistency.
4. Take a part of the mixture and knead it nicely.
5. Keep the remaining mixture in a closed vessel.
6. Make kodubale shape with the kneaded dough.
7. Deep fry them in the oil.
Serves: 6
Tastes better with chutney.
SECRET TIPS:
1. The more you knead, the more crispy it becomes. 2. Keep the dough in a closed vessel to avoid drying up. Do give it a try and let me know how it goes in the comment section.
