RAGI FLOUR CREPES

Ragi flour crepes is one of my protein packed diet breakfast. It is well suited for post workout meal. Since it is made of finger millet/ragi, you feel energetic the whole day.

INGREDIENTS:

1. Ragi flour – 1 cup

2. Onion(finely chopped) – 2 Tablespoon

3. Carrot(grated) – 2 tablespoon

4. Green chilly(finely chopped) – 4

5. Coriander ( finely chopped) – 1 tablespoon

6. Salt as per the taste

7. Rice flour – 2 tablespoon

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING RAGI FLOUR CREPES:

1.  Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and give it a good mix.

2. Add water in batches to get a flowing consistency.

3. Pour a spoon full of batter on the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes.

4. Flip it over and cook the other for 2 minutes.

5. Serve it with curd or ketchup.

SECRET TIPS:

If the batter sticks on the tava or pan, secret ingredient to add is always rice flour.
