TOMATO SUBJI/ TOMATO GOJJU
This is a unique tomato subji recipe you have ever tried. This is different from the usual recipe and also get ready in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
1. Tomato – 4
2. Onion – 2
3. Oil – 2 Table spoon
4. Mustard – 1 Tea spoon
5. Bengal gram – 1 Table spoon
6. Urad daal – 1 Table spoon
7. Curry leaves
8. Chilly powder – 1 Table spoon
9. Salt
10. Sugar – 1/2 Table spoon
11. Rice flour – 2 Table spoon

Procedure for making tomato subji/tomato gojju:
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Add mustard, bengal gram, urad daal, curry leaves, onion and saute it until the onion turns golden brown.
3. Add tomato and fry until tomato becomes soft and leaves out gravy texture.
4. Add salt, sugar, chilly powder and little water and mix well.
5. In a bowl, add 1/2 glass of water to rice flour and make a paste.
6. Add the paste to the pan and let it simmer.
7. Garnish it with coriander leaves if necessary.
Serves: 4
Tastes better with Chapathi and hot rice.
SECRET TIPS:
