PANEER MASALA TOAST
Paneer masala toast is one of my favorite go to recipe when am on diet. If you want to have something spicy while dieting and not feel guilty about it then this recipe is for you. The ingredients required will be always available at home so there you go..
Ingredients:
1. Onion – 1 cup (medium)
2. Carrot ( grated) – 1 cup
3. Tomato – 1/2 cup
4. Green chilly – 5
5. Paneer ( grated) – 1 cup
6. Salt
7. Coriander – 1/4 cup
8. Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
9. Brown bread/Wheat bread
Procedure for making paneer masala toast:
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except bread.
2. let it set for 5 minutes.
3. Spread the mixture on a bread slice and cover it with another slice.
4. Heat the pan, place the stuffed bread slices and grease it with ghee if you like.
5. Let it fry until it turns golden brown.
6. Flip it over and grease the slice with ghee and cook until it turns golden brown.
7. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
SECRET TIPS:
The reason i have added only 1/2 cup of tomato is more tomato makes the bread slice soft and not crispy outside.
